INFORMATION TO KNOW
  • We honor the KOA Value Card as our only discount card. You may purchase one here when you arrive for your discount.
  • Reservation Guarantee Deposit: A credit card deposit equal to the registration charges for your first night will be required to guarantee a reservation. The deposit will be charged at the time of your reservation.
  • For Deposit Refund. If you are unable to honor your reservation, you MUST call and cancel prior to these deposit refund cancellation deadlines:
  • RV/Tent: 48 hours -To cancel your RV/Tent reservation, notify us by 4 p.m. two days prior to your scheduled arrival.
  • Kabin: 7 days- To cancel your Kabin reservation, notify us by 4 p.m. 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
  • Kamping Lodge: To cancel your Kabin reservation, notify KOA 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
  • Lodge reservations are NONrefundable
  • Reservations made after deadlines will require a non-refundable deposit.
  • Cancellation Charges: A $10.00 cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made prior to deadline. Cancellations after deadline will result in forfeiture of deposit. Holiday weekends require a 3 night stay, special events that require a minimum two night stay or more and KOA Kottage and Lodge reservations are NONrefundable.
