INFORMATION TO KNOW
Cancellation Policy and Deposit Information
- We honor the KOA Value Card as our only discount card. You may purchase one here when you arrive for your discount.
- Reservation Guarantee Deposit: A credit card deposit equal to the registration charges for your first night will be required to guarantee a reservation. The deposit will be charged at the time of your reservation.
- For Deposit Refund. If you are unable to honor your reservation, you MUST call and cancel prior to these deposit refund cancellation deadlines:
- RV/Tent: 48 hours -To cancel your RV/Tent reservation, notify us by 4 p.m. two days prior to your scheduled arrival.
- Kabin: 7 days- To cancel your Kabin reservation, notify us by 4 p.m. 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
- Kamping Lodge: To cancel your Kabin reservation, notify KOA 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
- Lodge reservations are NON-refundable
- Reservations made after deadlines will require a non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellation Charges: A $10.00 cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made prior to deadline. Cancellations after deadline will result in forfeiture of deposit.
- Holiday weekends require a 3 night stay, Halloween and special events that require a minimum two night stay
- Check in time is after 1:00 p.m. Check out is before 11:00 a.m.
- All reservations are cancelled at 10 a.m. in the morning after arrival with no refund.
- Special requests may result in additional charges. We charge extra for visitors, early check in and late check out.
